Oyster interviews Miss Piggy !

Muppet-mania continues to grow, with movies, music and now make-up collaborations all adding fuel to the flames. To celebrate the holiday season and impending release of The Muppets movie, self-confessed ‘frog-o-phile’ Miss Piggy has teamed up with M.A.C to release an exclusive three-piece collection, complete with an Eye Shadow in Miss Piggy Pink. The limited-edition collection, which can only be bought online, also features a Penultimate Eye Liner in Rapidblack and a full false eyelash set. Oyster caught up with the “cinema and television superstar nonpareil” herself:
Oyster: You have been in the spotlight for nearly 40 years and yet you don’t look a day over 25. What’s your beauty secret — Lotions? Serums? Botox?
Miss Piggy: You bet! Lotions! Serums! Botox! Spackle! Duct Tape! You name it, I use it. Even though I am naturally beautiful, I believe in using every means at moi’s disposal to improve, enhance and otherwise fabulasize moiself. As my stylist always says: “What’s the point of looking in the mirror if you can’t surprise yourself?”

“PERSY” to open Tel-Aviv Fashion Week with Cavalli

“PERSY” will open the show on November 21st 10 am.
The event will take place from November 21st- 23th. Leading Israeli designers will
showcase their men’s and women’s collections for Spring/Summer 2012.

With the support of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism we will be financing the arrival and
stay of all journalists for the four day visit. We will also offer all reporters the option for
a guided tour of Israel’s beautiful and historical cities. We would like the media to see
all that Israel has to offer, including its flourishing fashion scene.
It is our goal through TLV Fashion Week to show the world the wide range of design
and creativity of the talented Israeli fashion designers. In addition, exhibitions by Israeli
renowned photographers will also take place during TLV Fashion Week at the tents.
The Israeli Designer market produces a flow of $150,000,000 annually and produces an
annual stable growth of 5-6% which is almost double the growth of the entire Israeli
fashion market (produces a flow of $2,500,000,000 annually, 40% of it in Tel Aviv)
that grows 2-3% yearly.
